Great refresher of the every day fundamentals that all project managers in the mining business should be paying attention to in order to achieve a successful project from either day 1 or get it "back on the rails". Appreciate the importance placed on having the right people on the team, being reminded of that as being 60% or the five items to a successful project. I will recommend this class to my supervisor for others on our team to use as a personal development goal in the next year or two, considering as professional development hours.

The course is hard to read and follow. For this amount of money, proper presentation of information (in the form slides and videos etc.) must be arranged.

I consider this is a very compact course but based on very good experimental cases, that makes it very good apply in the field, probably you need to include a little more about administration topics. Thanks.
